 Every once in awhile an artist comes across our radar and just takes our breath away. That's what happened the first time we encountered the work of Chicago-based Vivian Le when we first had her work as part of our Locals Only exhibit last year.

Her striking imagery, primarily children and dolls, hits hard. Seeking to explore her "fascination with how history and contemporary media continue to portray children in art as romantic symbols," Le creates a world that is fascinating and, at times, horrifying but always beautiful. 

Join us the evening of Saturday, February 2, 7-10pm for the opening reception of Open Heart Charcuterie. We'll have music by DJ Sean Doe, plus complimentary snacks and soft drinks. If you'd like to BYOB, we're just across the street from the wonderful Beermiscous!
