Known for her whimsical and cute decorative baked goods, Kim-Joy gained recognition after appearing on Season 9 of the Great British Bake Off where she was co-runner-up, and again in 2022 as the winner of the Bake Off New Year Special.
She has gone on to write five cookbooks, plus 2025's Ordinary Joy: A Realistic Guide to Being Yourself, which draws from her own life and professional experience as a former mental health practitioner.
Earlier this month, Kim-Joy made her debut as a toy artist by collaborating with Kaleidos Creative to release the uber-cute Bake Me a Cat blind box series, along with a range of plush Meowcarons.
