The pen, commonly called a 'floaty pen', features two sides: The animated action side pictures a gang of troublesome Wee Devils floating ominously toward the wise Ol' Master Ninja. The reverse side has the Ninjatown logo, iconic Mt. Feroshi, and a cast of popular Ninjatown characters from the popular Shawnimals land.

In order to insure quality, the pens were manufactured by ESKESEN A/S, the Original Floating Action Pen innovators, who for over fifty years have produced novelty products with movable images.
