We will indeed be open our normal hours (11a-7p) on Labor Day at our new location, 2780 N. Lincoln Avenue, Chicago. That is all. 

I took a few quick snaps at our grand opening of our new location (2780 N. Lincoln) which was also the opening for the Playboy Redux exhibit this past Friday and figured I'd share them here. Hopefully this will give you an idea of what our new space looks like.

Now, some people that need to be thanked....

1) Thanks to everyone who came out to help us celebrate our new location!

2) A huge thank you to Playboy exhibit curators Aaron Baker and Ned West as well as all of the artists that contributed to the exhibit.

3)  Major props to our friends Jon, James, Virginia, Alex, Jesse, Nate, Bill, Nathan, Marc, Joe and Slav for chipping in...and to everyone who took us up on the offer of Rotofugi credit in exchange for moving help!

4) And finally, a massive thank you to Ed, Ashley, Jenn and Charlie of the Rotofugi staff for their extra hard work over the past several weeks. We've got one of the best sets of employees on the face of the earth and when push came to shove, everyone worked like mad. Thank you all.

I think that's about it for people that need publicly thanked, but I'm sure I'm forgetting someone...please know that we appreciate all the help from our friends, family and vendors. We could not have done it without you.....

In case you've missed all the announcements, banners, tweets, etc....we've moved our store and gallery to 2780 N Lincoln Avenue here in Chicago. Our new larger store and gallery space will be open for business starting this Friday evening, 7-10pm for the opening of Playboy Redux. Hope to see you there!

After the opening, our normal store hours will be 11am-7pm, seven days a week.

Saturday, August 21 and Sunday, August 22, are the final two days for our original store and gallery location at 1953 W. Chicago Ave. We'll be closed Monday through Thursday of this coming week to move, and will re-open at our new location (2780 N. Lincoln Ave, Chicago) on August 27 at 7pm for the opening of Playboy Redux and to debut the new space! 

This weekend is also your final chance to see the excellent work in our current gallery exhibit, the Chicago Variety Show. Everyone involved created some beautiful pieces that are worth seeing in person if you can make it by the gallery on Saturday.

We'll be doing our best to make sure online orders will not be delayed during this timeframe, but there may be a day or two delay in shipping while we move the store. Thanks for your understanding!
